ultrasound microphone is a cost-effective model that employs an SPM-series
electret capsule by Knowles. The moderate sensitivity and relatively poor flatness of
the frequency response is still acceptable for many applications. However, due to its sensitivity to humidity, it is not recommended for outdoor use (otherwise, the capsule may be permanently damaged).
