- The National Instruments NI-DAQmx driver model has been implemented (executable rec_nimx.exe). This driver supports both M-series and E-series DAQ devices.
- A new ‘permanent’ trigger mode simplifies the operation of the software for applications that do not require any triggering.
- Multichannel playback capabilities (for soundcards) have been added.
- A “Control Output” option for controlling external devices has been added.
- Configuration file managment commands have been added in order to simplify switching between various parameter settings.
